KAPPA provides free training as a way of offering pre-emptive support and to gain maximum benefit from the session you will need to have a working knowledge of KAPPA Saphir pressure transient analysis software.

By default this is offered to only one representative per Client Company, a client being defined as a user under active maintenance or rental. However we do what we can to accommodate. The best is to just ask.

Methodology will not be taught as we will be focusing on the workflow and functionality of Ecrin.

There are two methods of delivery: at our region offices through ‘face to face orientation sessions’ or through a simple web-enabled online service.

The orientation sessions in KAPPA regional offices are provided for existing users of Ecrin (Saphir, Topaze) or Emeraude. The agenda is decided with the attendees on the day and assumes a reasonable competence in the relevant software.

Face to face orientation sessions are booked through the relevant booking pages.

The training is interactive and limited to four attendees per session.

Joining the session is very simple. All you need is a high speed internet link with MS Explorer and a telephone. We will send you a link and a telephone number to join the session. We have found it is easiest to run these sessions with two screens active over an extended desktop. But this is not essential.
