KAPPA now offers a series of online training and support modules. These are a combination of paying and free modules where training is conducted real time and online to a small group of no more than four attendees. No special downloads are required as a simple web-based application and a standard conference call are the tools used. All that is needed is a broadband connection and an international telephone line.

The emphasis is on real life data and practical application. These sessions assume that the attendee has a working knowledge of the relevant technique.

Online training also serves as a valuable refresher for those who have previously trained in the methodology but who may have fallen out of practice.
