Associated Files
Any file can be added as an associated file. In the case of Saphir and
Topaze files, if the option to generate previews was set in the
settings panel (of the application), then the previews are available
in Diamant.
B01.3 • Plots and derived channels
Customized plots can easily be made within Diamant by a simple 'drag and drop'.
Create a new plot by clicking on the button in the browser
toolbar. A node 'Plots' and sub node 'Plot #1' are added to the
browser hierarchy.
Select ‘Plot #1’ and activate the ‘View Plot’ mode if necessary; an empty plot is shown in
the Diamant plot window. Activate and unfold the node of the well BLK1 A02. Use the mouse
and drag the 'OIL Rate' from the browser and drop it in the empty plot window. The oil rate is
plotted automatically. Now drag the 'WATER Rate' from the browser and drop it too, the oil and
the water rate are plotted together.
Click on the icon from the plot toolbar to show the data legend. See Figure B01.7.
