Wells
Wells are the second-level objects in the K-A hierarchy. To simplify the information accounting, the wells can be organized into Well Groups.
Each well can hold a lot of objects which are arranged inside the well in accordance with the K-A data model; the objects are:
Loaded time series data of different data types (gauges, production data)
Time series data created from the loaded data with the help of built-in K-A instruments (filters, shut-in vectors, corrected production)
Time series data created with built-in and/or user-created functions and user tasks
Dynamic (time series) and static well properties created by workflows, with the help of user tasks or manually typed in
Files
Workflows
Plots
The objects can be inspected by selecting the nodes in the hierarchy; for most of the objects, both Info and Plot tabs are available.
Unique Well Identifier (UWI), as well as Well head coordinates, can be set up when adding a well to a field; a custom label(s) can be added to the well.
This information, together with the creation date, last well properties values, reference objects, and the objects statistics in the well is accessible from the Info tab when clicking on the Well node in the tree hierarchy. Values of well properties can also be viewed/set in the Flat view mode.
It is possible to create well properties maps if coordinates are available for the wells.
